Obituary of Rhéal Racine

(Former Mayor of Otter Lake from 1977 to 1993 and owner of $Dollar Plus+ in Otter Lake) With profound sadness, the Racine family announces the death of their father, Rhéal, at the age of 80 years. Beloved husband of the late Vicky Hérault. Loving father of Monique (Rick Lavigne), Suzie (Blaine Findlay), Michel (Betty Walls). Proud grandfather of Leslie, Virginia, Zachary, Alex, Amanda, Maxim and Antoni and great-grandfather of William and Thomas. Dear brother of Lionel (Geneva), Dorias, Lisette Racine and predeceased by Aldège and Laurette. Survived by many nieces and nephews and friends. Visitation will be held in St. Charles Borromeo Church, Otter Lake, Quebec on February 24, 2014 from 1:00 to 1:50 p.m. followed by Mass at 2 p.m. Donations to Pontiac Community Hospital Foundation-Palliative Care would be appreciated. La famille recevra les condoléances à l’Église St-Charles Borromeo à Otter Lake, Québec le lundi 24 février 2014 de 13h à 13h50 suivi de la messe de funérailles à 14h. Dons à la fondation de l’hôpital communautaire du Pontiac (soins palliatifs) seraient appréciés.
