Obituary of Doris Barber

Died peacefully in Shawville hospital, Long Term Care on October 10, 2015 at the age of 94 years. Beloved wife of the late Lawrence Barber. Loving mother of Brenda (late Donald Rooney), Gwen (Albert Armstrong), Edgar (Sandra Rutledge) and Todd (Carol Porter) and predeceased by son, Miles. She will be missed by 14 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 5 great great-grandchildren. Predeceased by brother Emery (late Laura Barber) and sisters Hazel (late Charles Hines) and Viola (late Kenneth Beattie). Friends may call at Hayes Funeral Home, 134 Centre Street, Shawville, Quebec on Monday, October 12, 2015 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Tuesday from 9 to 10:15 a.m. Funeral Tuesday to Shawville United Church for Service at 10:30 a.m. Interment Maple Grove Cemetery.
