Obituary of Lisette Hearty (nee St-Denis)

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Lisette Hearty (nee St-Denis) in her

77^th year on Friday, March 10^th 2023. She is survived by her beloved husband of 55 years, Patrick Hearty. Lisette was the loving mother of Sean (Annick Chartier) and Jennifer (Mark Williams), she was also the proud grandmother of Meagan, Mathew, Carston and Elyse and great grandmother of Olive and

Abigail. Lisette was the dear daughter of the late Pauline Sarazin. She is survived by her sister Lynn (Rob

Kager) and brother Jean-Pierre. She will fondly be remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Anyone that knew Lisette knew that she had the most kind, caring and compassionate heart, willing to help anyone she could with her larger-than-life personality and generosity. She was truly an amazing woman and will be deeply missed by all. Her life was a blessing and her memory a treasure we will forever hold dear.

The family would like to extend its sincere appreciation to Dr. Mutchmore, the nurses and staff at the Pontiac Community Hospital in Shawville, Quebec for their care and compassion during Lisette’s final months.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, May 29, 2023 in St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church, Vinton, Quebec at 10 a.m.  Interment parish cemetery.
