Obituary of Lloyd Vail

December 5, 1936 - February 7, 2012 The last of the “Seven Vails” passed away peacefully in the Palliative Care Unit of the Shawville Hospital. He leaves to mourn Pat, his wife of almost fifty years and his children Stephen (Helena Silva), Lynne (Chris Oster) and his two precious grandchildren, Liam and Jana Silva Vail. He is also survived by his six sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews. Thanks to Dr. Lamarche and all the staff and volunteers at the hospital for the wonderful care provided to Lloyd. A service in celebration of Lloyd’s life will take place on Saturday, February 11, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Andrew’s Knox United Church, 71 Aylmer Rd, Bristol, Quebec. Cremation has taken place. Interment in the Spring. In lieu of flowers, donations to Pontiac Community Hospital Foundation - Palliative Care Unit or St. Andrew’s Knox United Church gratefully appreciated.
