Obituary of Elayne Strutt (nee Track)

In Montreal Hospital after a short bout with cancer on Saturday, June 12, 2021 at the age of 75.  Predeceased by her beloved husband of 48 years, Blaine Melvin Strutt of Shawville, Que. Left to mourn are her sister Betty, brother Michael and sister-in-law Deborah, nieces and nephew Laura, Joanna and David of Vancouver; nieces and nephew Andrea, Alexandra, and Aidan of Toronto.
For many years Elayne was the owner and operator of Puppy Love dog grooming studio in Shawville, and before that had a long career in the federal government, working for a number of departments in Gatineau and Ottawa. She attended Immaculata High School. A private funeral will be held in St. Francis Xavier Church, Renfrew, Ontario with interment to follow in parish cemetery. At her request, she will rest beside her father, Michael Fred Track.
