Obituary of Yvon Soucie

Avec un grand chagrin que la famille Soucie annonce le décès d’Yvon au Manoir Sacré-Cœur, Mansfield, Québec le mercredi 18 mars 2020 à l’âge de 88 ans. Fils de feu Camille Soucie et feu Hilda Amyotte. Époux bien-aimé de Desneiges Soucie (née Francoeur) pour 63 merveilleuses années. Père adoré d’Yves (Julie Cayer), Louis (Angie Pompetti) et Paul (Maxine Sun). Grand-père spécial d’Ian (Samantha), Philippe (Natasha), Shayne (Megan), Mia, Ludovic, Alexandre et arrière grand-père de Delphine, Eliana, Emma et Dax. Yvon sera manqué par sa sœur Bertha. Précédé par ses frères; Roland, Alphêge, Roger, Bernard, Jimmy et sa sœur; Jeanne "Jean". Un gros merci au personnel du Manoir Sacré-Cœur pour les soins exceptionnels pendant son séjour de 5 mois. Les visites et la messe des funérailles sera annoncé à une date ultérieure. En mémoire d'Yvon, des dons à la fondation du Manoir Sacré-Coeur seraient appréciés par la famille. It is with great sadness that the Soucie family announce the passing of Yvon in Manoir Sacré-Coeur, Mansfield, Quebec on Wednesday March 18, 2020 at the age of 88 years. Son of the late Camille Soucie et the late Hilda Amyotte. Loving husband of Desneiges Soucie (nee Francoeur) for 63 wonderful years. Adored father of Yves (Julie Cayer), Louis (Angie Pompetti) and Paul (Maxine Sun). Special grandfather of Delphine, Eliana, Emma and Dax. Yvon will be missed by his sister Bertha. Predeceased by his brothers; Roland, Alphêge, Roger, Bernard, Jimmy and his sister Jeanne “Jean”. A special thank you to the staff of the Manoir Sacré-Coeur for the exceptional care during his 5 month stay. Visitations and funeral mass will be announced at a late date.
