Obituary of Jennings Derouin

Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family in hospital, Shawville, Quebec on Thursday, May 23, 2019 at the age of 80 years. Beloved husband of Angela Benoit (September 2014).  Loving father of Jerry (Lucie), Ken (Heidi), Michael (Lynn) and Roxanne (Perry).  Cherished Poppa of Grace, Emily, Jacob, Gaetan, Addie, Lennon, Warren, Elodie and Sébastien. Dear brother of Marion (Danny Carroll). Predeceased by his brothers Keith (1^st wife; Faye and 2^nd wife; Hélène) and Melvin (Huguette). Jennings will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, friends and the Benoit family. Friends may call at Hayes Funeral Home, 134 Centre Street, Shawville, Quebec on Sunday, May 26, 2019 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Monday, May 27 from 9 to 10:15 a.m.  Funeral to St. Anne’s Church, Calumet Island, Quebec for Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, May 27, 2019 at 11 a.m.  Donations to the Pontiac Community Hospital Foundation – Palliative Care or to Ste-Anne Church would be appreciated.
