It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gary Higgins at Pontiac Community Hospital, Shawville on April 23, 2019. Son of Thomas and Philomena Higgins. Beloved brother of Bruce, Michael, Scott (Debbie) and Shawn. Cherished husband of Doris Kiktorak. As per Gary’s wishes, there will be no service.
