Obituary of Victor Gagnon

Joseph John “Victor” Gagnon died at home, Chapeau, Quebec with his family by his side on April 23, 2018.  Beloved husband of Ruth Doran and the late Elizabeth Woods (dec 2000).  Loving father of Suzanne (Garry Gagnon), Chapeau, Christine (Larry Turner), Nichabau, Quebec, Beverley (Perry Pias), New Jersey, USA and Vickie Lynn (James MacNabb), Renfrew, Ontario.  Step father of Denise Hill, Montreal, Quebec, Suzanne Logue, Scotland and Robert Dunberry of Toronto, Ontario.  Cherished grandfather of Bob, Kelly, Gillian, Beth, Cory, Emily, Scott and Jessica and great grandfather of six great grandchildren.  Step grandfather of Jennifer, Jasmine, Lindsey, Jason, David and Savannah and six step-great grandchildren.  Predeceased by his siblings Owney (late Rainey), Howard (Theresa), Helen (late Wells Goldberg) and Dina (late Fred Dealy).  Friends may call at Hayes Funeral Home, 56 St. Jacques Street, Chapeau, Quebec on Friday, April 27, 2018 from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m.  Funeral Mass will follow in St. Alphonsus Church, Chapeau at 11 a.m.  Interment Holy Spirit Cemetery, Nichabau.  In memoriam donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
