SMILEY, Norris Irwin
October 31, 1928 – August 25, 2017
Peacefully, in Pontiac Reception Centre, Shawville, Quebec with his family by his side at the age of 88 years. Beloved husband of Margaret Ruth Hodgins. Loving father of Larry (Carmen Jodouin), Margaret (Stewart Rivington) and Douglas (Vicki) and grandfather of Ryan. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father Vertel and mother Leila, sister Orma (late Ray Thompson) and brothers Rupert (Barbara) and Elson (Evangeline). As per Norris’s wishes there will be no visitation and a private interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Pontiac Reception Foundation or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
