Magnolia Lemay

Obituary of Magnolia Lemay

Magnolia Lemay fought very hard most of her short 2.5 years against a disease which she had once battled and won in 2015. On August 11th, 2017 after spending 9 months in hospital Magnolia passed away as a result of this terrible illness (HLH). She was a very brave and happy little girl, full of life, laughter and love. This horrible disease may have destroyed her body, but it never touched her soul nor crushed her spirits. She will forever be remembered by many who cared for and loved her. Magnolia made a huge difference in the medical community, her life and even her death has had a profound impact for the future of others like her. Her life has served a bigger purpose which we couldn't even begin to fully understand. We thank everyone who supported her throughout this difficult journey.
She leaves behind her mother Cynthia Godin, father Martin Lemay, brothers Isaac and Elijah. She is predeceased by her brother Leland who also passed from the same disease in 2012.
Rest peacefully in the arms of the Lord until we meet again sweet Maggie.
