Obituary of Joanne Harkins (nee Bertrand)

Peacefully, at home in Waltham Québec with her family by her side, on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at the age of 56 years. Beloved wife of Rick Harkins. Loving mother of Brianna, Brittany (Taylor Corriveau), and Brandon (Katelyn Kinslow). Daughter of the late Donat Bertrand and of the late Patricia Desjardins and daughter in law of the late James Harkins and Rita Chaput. Dear sister of René (Lucie Thibodeau), Steve, Carole (Lyle Kauffeldt), Pierrette, Lorraine, Debbie, and Brenda (Ian Rehel). Dear sister in law of the late Brian, Donna (LeonardGodin), Janice (Perry Larochelle). Cherished by 18 nieces and nephews and 18 great-nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by many friends. Special thanks to Sylvie Boisvert and Dr. Bazile. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, Waltham, Quebec on Monday, June 26, 2017 at 11 a.m. Interment  parish cemetery.
